Syogun Japanese Cuisine

That's strange of what you said! This Syogun Japanese Cuisine on Woodbine Ave is our family favorite dining restaurant. Service and food all are good. You probably went there during Christmas time with busy busy hours.

Bad Service! TOo Slow! Have To Re-Order some food as they keep on loosing our order.

Have to ask 4+ Times alone to get our drinks.

The service was TERRIBLE!!! The waiter kept on getting our order but it never came. We have to follow up all the time.

The food here is good, but the service is just awful! I went with my family last night and we had called ahead to reserve a room. We arrived 15 min. early and waited at the front desk for about 10 min. before someone came over. After they directed us to the room, we waited in vain for a menu for roughly 20 min. at which time my brother had to go and ask for a menu. The guy came to take our order roughly 35 min. after we finally got the menus. By this point all of us were starving and cursing ourselves for going to this restaurant. Again, the food is good, but the service is so terrible that we will never go back.

the price is very good and the food is very update, but i like they have over 200 kind of japanese foods that cannot find in other resturant. Anyway, this resturant is my first choice.
