Frankie Tomattos

Our group of 6 was there for dinner @ 5PM on Jan 31/12 We found the service was good & friendly. The food was hot,tasty,and plentiful. Beef ribs were excellent. This is a buffet,so all the waiter has to do is bring you a drink & clear the dirty plates. One Muslim wrote that he would like to see soma hallad (whatever the hell that is). this is an Italian food restaurant therefore if they want muslim food then go to a muslim restaurant. My 3rd time at Frankies & food & service on all occasions was good.

I was there today for lunch Nov. 27th. The tempreture of the food was cold,the food tasteless and not much to choose from. The crambery juice was watery. I have been to Frankie' many, many times bfore but, this wold be my last.

Food is great, customer service ok

I visited Frankie tomatoes a week ago for someone's birthday, the food was ok, but what shocked me was the Manager 's reaction. When I turned around he was right into my face telling me its a buffet and no food should be taken out. I had no idea why he would say that to me, I felt very embarrased as there were many other people around looking at me. I would never go back to that restaurant and they lost 10 other customers who were there with me on that day.

I went to Frankie Tomattos, and had STALE carrots. But some of other food was good nonetheless. Point is, all the food is not fresh, so watch-out!!! -

I have been to this resturant many times with my family and the food was enjoyable, fresh & good tasting. I would like to have had more vegan dishes without eggs additives etc. in their sauces. The desserts are a blast.

we would like to start by saying that we made reservations and when we got there the seating was very bad ,i asked them to move us ..that was no promblem are server was great her name was lorretta loved her she was on the ball this was my second time being there first time was 2007 i liked it so much that we drove 11/2 to try it again ,food was great and the price was great too ..

Tonight was our first time back after many years and now I remembered why we did not return to Frankie's Tomatoes. Authentic italian food - not!
As an italian, I defitely would have to say that the food is nowhere close to italian food very disappointed with the quality.
I was surprised at the number of customers as this was not a night out for good italian food.

I think that there should be more deals and specials.

The Managers do not care about the customers. The room that was reserved for my party was so hot that everyone was uncomfortable. My babies were crying and our party broke up very early. I am not pleased at all. Excuses after excuses...at least bring a fan or something but the managers didn't care. I definetely will not go back to this restaurant and I hope the tower topples over.

Very over priced for what you actually get. The service was crummy, and we had to wait 10 minutes or so before they would replenish empty food trays.

I was only there once, But I had so much Great food that I could hardly walk out of there . And at a very affordable price as well.

Not as good as it use to be. The service wasn't that great. The selection of food could be better. However, I have been to buffets that were much worse.

It is very good resturant, I hope in future you some hallal food, being Iam muslim i miss that food

Terrible. Service was lackluster at best, food was just terrible. Desserts were pedestrian.

If you really want good italian buffet, go to Mandarin.

Myself and my Family were there as part of a gathering of Family and I must say the experience was not pleasureable at all.
The Service was horrible.
The food was not up to par.
The staff were ignorant to our group.
I would not expect a response from you but just for you to know that we will never be back.
In times where service is key, Frankie Tomatoes misses the mark.

very nice food....great place for kids or if you are looking for a fun night. Crowded at dinner. Other than that. It Is Amazing!!

Frankie Tomatoes is always a great excuse to see someone, everyone wants to go there! They have diffirent foods of the italian culture, varaties to choose from and a great staff. I love it there and it's pastriess..... de-lic-ous.
